We may transfer your data only within the framework laid down by law, and in the case of our data processors we ensure by contractual terms that they cannot use your personal data for purposes contrary to your consent. Further information can be found in Section 2.
The personal data you provide on our forms is stored by our business in Hungary, on the servers of our hosting provider. When using the Akismet service (Automattic Inc.), which filters spam from form submissions, and – with your consent – the Google Analytics web analytics service (Google Ireland Limited and its parent company, Google LLC), data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area, to the United States of America. These transfers take place on the basis of certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Otherwise, our business does not transfer data abroad.
Courts, the public prosecutor's office and other authorities (e.g. the police, the tax authority, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information) may contact our business to provide information, disclose data or make documents available. In such cases we must comply with our obligation to provide data, but only to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the request.
Contributors involved in our business's data processing are entitled to access your personal data to a predetermined extent, subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We may refuse to provide information only in the cases provided for by law, indicating the relevant legal provision and informing you of the possibility of judicial remedy and of applying to the Authority.
Our business notifies you, and all those to whom the data was previously transferred for processing, of the rectification, restriction, marking and erasure of personal data, unless failure to notify does not harm your legitimate interests.
